Kundalini Yoga is abundant in meditations that heal the body, mind and spirit.
In this one hour class with a short warm up you will be guided through a longer meditation (for example, 16, 22 or 31 minutes) from the medicine chest of Kundalini Yoga. Meditating longer has many healing benefits, including balancing the glandular system and unburdening the subconscious mind in a deeper way. This can result, for example, in feeling more fresh, clear and peaceful.
The healing benefits of meditation can also be shared with others, and some of the meditations we will do are specifically for healing others.
Normally meditations are done sitting on the floor. However, you can also just as well meditate leaning against a wall or in a chair.
Open to ALL. No experience of Kundalini Yoga necessary.

Book below latest 30 minutes before class starts. Once booked and latest at 9.45am you will receive an email with the link to the zoom meeting.
