INVEST IN YOUR SELF

WITH AN 11, 40 OR 90 DAY PERSONAL SADHANA

Doing a regular practice, or sadhana, at home is a very self-empowering move. Even a short daily practice can give you a lot of leverage to shift and lift what weighs you down. Home practice, over time, creates a sense of trust in yourself and faith in a higher intelligence and harmony.

I' am very hay to offer my support to you in your endeavour to create this new rhythm for yourself. You may have the intention to work on something specific, or it may be a more general sense that sadhana is important for you. I will help you choose the specific practice, set it up and keep it up.

HOW LONG IS RIGHT FOR ME?

Sustainability is important. Ask yourself, what can I realistically commit to and sustain, in terms of how long each day and for how many days? You want to have a success experience and build on that. So 11 days is a good place to start. Or you may feel ready to go all in for 40 or even 90 days. 40 days breaks a habit and in 90 days you establish a new habit. 11 days will give you a huge boost and most likely a taste for more.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

First Meeting: We will meet for a session the first time (in person or online) and talk about where you’re at and what your intentions are. If you are open to that I will take your date of birth as a guide in this conversation and as a very helpful tool for when I select the practice for you. You will also let me know how long you want to practice each day, ranging for example from 15 minutes to 90 minutes.

Learning the Sadhana: In the second session I will teach you the practice that I have selected for you and you can ask any questions. I will set you up with everything you need to do it at home. Then you get started.

I will be available via email for you to share your experience, ask questions and get feedback over the period of your Sadhana. I highly recommend keeping a journal throughout, to reflect in and to be able to look back upon.

Concluding: Once you’ve completed your Sadhana, we will meet again to reflect, assess and discuss what’s next for you.

In the case of a 40 or 90 day practice, I suggest planning in more sessions to talk through anything that might be arising for you.

There are different ways to shape it, from more to less structured. This can be discussed and decided at the beginning of the process. For those to whom a more structured approach appeals, here is a possible map that we can follow over an additional 4 sessions to the basic 3.

DO I NEED TO HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH KUNDALINI YOGA FIRST?

No you don’t.

I’M NOT FIT OR FLEXIBLE. DOES THAT MATTER?

No. Kundalini Yoga is incredibly versatile and there is always something for everyone. Also, “perfection” is not the aim. Having an experience is.
