A series of Kundalini Yoga Kriyas (exercise sets) and Meditations suitable for beginner to experienced students. 

Kundalini is described by Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga, as the nerve of the soul, which is to be awakened. There are many conceptions and misconceptions about what kundalini is. Think of it as the life force that flows through you when you feel most truly alive and most truly you. It is the energy of consciousness and this is what Kundalini Yoga, the yoga of consciousness, works on. It raises it and teaches us how to sustain it.

In this 9 weeks of classes we will practice kriyas (exercise sets with specific targeted aims) and meditations to awaken and sustain the life force of the authentic you. The practice is systematic and safe, resulting in a steady increase in a personal sense of clarity, stability and authenticity. We work with the physical body but also the aura, the arcline, pranic and subtle bodies, to create a natural shift in awareness, so that you can be truly you. This is the fundamental aim of Kundalini Yoga. In the words of Yogi Bhajan: "Creation is ready to serve you if you just be you."

Booking and paying for all 9 weeks upfront is recommended, as commitment is the first step to happiness, but paying casual is also an option.

$180 for the full 8 weeks. $22 casual. By transfer (bank details in the booking form) or cash.

Also available: 15 class pass for $270 or 20 class pass for $300. To be used in any classes (except Pregnancy Yoga) within Term 3.

Mats etc provided. Bring some water.
