A 3 part Kundalini Yoga series
with Jai Ram Kaur & Adi Navgeet Kaur
Thursdays 6.30 to 8pm - September 7th, 14th and 21st
at Purusha House Fremantle
Join us for this mini series on an essential theme.
Focussing on an element per class, we will introduce you to (or deepen your experience of) these 3 essentials to the practice of Kundalini Yoga - the holy trinity of nabhi, breath and mantra.
Without any one of these, it’s not Kundalini Yoga! And your practice will not flourish.
As Kundalini is a householder’s yoga, these 3 give you what you need to thrive in life.
Without gut feeling and the will power of the nabhi, your action and speech will lack oomph.
Without conscious breath, there can be no spirit and no heart. No consciousness. No artful touch of inspiration.
Without mantra, universal sound patterns, we are at the mercy of our minds and their fabrications and fantasies.
Bringing nabhi, breath and mantra together in harmony, we also harmonise the levels of animal, human and angel within us and in our lives.
The result is a heart-filled serviceful life, in alignment with the universal will, enacted daily through your own positive steps.
The mind is at the service of your soul, things become simple and you are guided by trust and faith.
If this sounds good to you, join us!
Beginners to Kundalini Yoga warmly welcomed, as are more experienced students as well as teachers. There will be something to learn, experience and grow through for everyone.
I am joined for this series by the wonderful Adi Navgeet Kaur. Read about her below.

About guest teacher Adi Navgeet Kaur
Sat Naam. My name is Adi Navgeet Kaur and I recently completed my teacher training in Kundalini yoga. I have been practising Kundalini for about 8 years and continue to have the pleasure of experiencing its subtle and profound healing benefits and witness this healing in others.
I see this practice as a medicine that can enable students to dive deep into the inner workings of their self, bringing awareness to areas of their being to better understand themselves. Since completing my yoga teacher training at the beginning of the year I have had the pleasure of sharing Kundalini yoga classes around Fremantle and Perth. I am always looking for new experiences to share this transformational practice with the community.
