As women do, likely you have multiple roles in life. It may be that in the midst of all the busyness you crave just to stop, breathe, feel and be.
This class gives you that opportunity. It serves as a time for you to strengthen your physical being, rest and relax deeply, become more aware of yourself and nurture your true nature.
Kriyas (exercise sets) are chosen from the treasure trove of Kundalini Yoga especially suited to you as a woman. Themed meditations serve to clear your mind, lighten your subconscious load, uplift you and let you hear the quiet voice of your intuition more clearly.
Each class opens with a short talk on one of the essential themes of womanhood, as offered by the teachings of Kundalini Yoga, as an offering to enrich your perspective on yourself, your relationships and your life.
No experience with Kundalini or any other sort of yoga is needed.
Women in the first postnatal year are welcome from 6 months following birth and exercises will be adjusted to suit.
