Kundalni Yoga is incredibly rich in teachings and practices for women. Yogi Bhajan, who brought this yoga to the West, put alot of emphasis on the teachings for women and emphasised that woman is the centre around which everything turns. As women our roles are many and it is easy to lose sight of our selves. But it is so crucial that we take the time to invest in our well-being and to nourish our own growth and fulfillment. This class is dedicated to that end.

This 7 week series is suitable for all levels of experience. Come absolutely as you are. Each class consists of a theme from the teachings, a kriya (exercise set), deep relaxation and a meditation. It's a chance to spend time on and with yourself, body, mind and spirit, in an enriching and uplifting way.

The practice works to nurture and reset your nervous system, release physical and mental tension, clear and clean your aura, awaken your vitality and increase your clarity. Themes covered are such things as the polarity of a woman; woman as a lunar being; instinct and intuition; a woman's identity; masculine-feminine polarities and more.

Fee the whole 7 weeks - $140. Casual class $22 cash.

Also available: 15 class pass for $270 or 20 class pass for $300. To be used in any classes (except Pregnancy Yoga) within Term 3.
