AQUARIAN SADHANA
Sunday July 7th, 5am to 7.30am - Purusha House, 18 Holdsworth St Fremantle
Aquarian Sadhana is the early morning spiritual practice of Kundalini Yoga, designed to help us survive ands thrive in these times. Now we need sadhana more than ever - to let go of our daily tensions, connect deeply to ourselves and each other and to connect to the wisdom of our higher selves and source.
Sadhana involves Japji (Song of the Soul - a prayer which gives a blueprint of human evolution), Kundalini Yoga kriya, relaxation and meditative chanting of mantras.
The process of sadhana moves through three levels of our beings - the animal, the human and the divine. We conclude sadhana at 7.30am. Then for those with time and who wish to stay, we follow this with a prayer and a reading, finishing about 7.45am.
