Kundalini Yoga is a phenomenally effective and integrative yoga practice. It involves kriyas (yoga exercise sets), each with a targeted effect, conscious relaxation, conscious breathing (pranayama), mantra and meditation.

The practice has innumerous physical health benefits, from balancing hormones to improving circulatory, digestive, respiratory health and much more. It lowers stress and increases feelings of connection, clarity and relaxation. Through its combination of techniques, it is extremely effective in quietening the mind.

Kundalini Yoga is also known as the yoga of awareness, as it results in an increase and elevation of your level of consciousness. You become more conscious of the conditioned patterns of your mind and behaviour, while also becoming more conscious of your authentic or true self. With time, you naturally let go of old and outdated habits and beliefs and become more and more anchored in and identified with your innermost being, your Sat Naam. Your life moves more from this innermost nucleus and you feel more true and aligned.

Each class covers a particular aspect of the practice, whether technical or philosophical, so it’s perfect if you are a beginner. But for experienced practitioners, too, there will be alot to learn, experience and discover. Please reach out if you have any questions.

Bring your own yoga mat, cushion and blanket. Bring water too and dress in whatever you’re comfortable to move in. The space can hold just 8 people comfortably, so don’t delay to book your place.
