Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a phenomenally effective and integrative yoga practice. It involves kriyas (yoga exercise sets), each with a targeted effect, conscious relaxation, conscious breathing (pranayama), mantra and meditation.
Each class of this 6 week series will cover a particular aspect of the practice, whether technical or philosophical, so it’s perfect if you are a beginner. But for experienced practitioners, too, there will be alot to learn and discover.
You’ll need to bring your own yoga mat, cushion and blanket. Bring water too and dress in whatever you’re comfortable to move in. The space can hold just 8 people comfortably, so don’t delay to book your place.
