Join me at Leighton Beach for 5 days in a row (or however many you want) of early morning Kundalini Yoga. Best way to start the year!
When: Tuesday 2nd to Saturday 6th January 2024 - 6am to 7.30am
Where: Leighton Beach (just south of the dog beach) in the dunes. See maps below.
How much: All 5 classes $100. Single class $22.
Bring: yoga mat, blanket for relaxation, cushion if needed, water. It’s often cool in the mornings, even on hot days, so bring something warm. And, if you like, bathers to swim afterwards!
No previous experience with Kundalini Yoga needed.
