Kundalini Yoga in the Leighton Beach dunes

Tuesday 17th January - 6 to 7.30am - a Kundalini Yoga class led by one of the members of our community

$15 or free for KY teachers and trainees. All levels welcome including beginners. Payment by cash on the day or transfer. Ask Jai Ram for details.

Friday 20th January - 5am to 7.30am - Aquarian Sadhana

the Kundalini Yoga morning practice involving chanting, Kundalini Yoga and relaxation, mantra meditation with live music. Free for all.

FOR BOTH … Bring yoga mat, cushion if desired, blanket for relaxation and water.

Location: Park opposite the old footbridge. Walk down the footpath direction south and take the first path down towards the beach. Look right into the dunes as you near the beach. You will see us.
