5 weeks from Monday 24th May to Monday 28th June (no class on the 21st of June)

Kundalini Yoga is a highly effective tool for health, balance and well being on all levels of your being. By working directly with the nervous and glandular systems and employing ancient yogic techniques, it brings about an experience of increased physical wellness, mental calm, focus and clarity and a clearer sense of your authentic self. This can happen even after one session. The effects are immediate.

Also known as the yoga of awareness, Kundalini Yoga works to awaken your potential. As the energy of consciousness increases within you through practising the kriyas and meditations, you may feel an enhanced sense of your own presence, your own truth, your own purpose and destiny. Intuition is awakened and the mind can be brought under the command of your conscious self.

In the words of my teacher, Shiv Charan, we go from being creatures of habit (animal) to being conscious breathers (human). The practice heals and harnesses the vital energy of our animal, or creature, self to serve us to be more truly human and heart-centred.

These are intense times for many people. Kundalini Yoga provides a practice that is perfect for right now. It helps us to move through the great many changes happening and not only survive but thrive and find a bounty of blessings within life’s challenges.

Kundalini Yoga is for every body. You don’t have to be fit or flexible. It works, no matter what.

This 5 weeks series is perfect for those new to the practice, as well as those who have some or lots of experience. You get what you need from it every time.

Kundalini Yoga can help pretty much everyone. But specifically you will find it helpful if you

  • experience recurrent anxiety, worry and/or depressive moods in your life

  • want to unfold and awaken your potential

  • find your mind racing, can’t let go, struggle to slow down and/or don’t sleep well

  • love yoga and want to experience Kundalini Yoga

  • are experiencing troubling or sometimes overwhelming emotions

  • are seeking deeper meaning and sense of spirit in life

  • are in a crisis and don’t know what to hold onto

  • just want to feel more human

Cost: $100 for the 5 weeks $22 casual (space permitting)

Bring: mat, blanket, cushions etc provided. Bring your own if you prefer.
